Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced Treasury Leader to guide our global treasury operations from Makati, Philippines. You will shape liquidity management, funding strategies, risk controls, and strategic planning from a treasury perspective.

The role requires 8–10 years in treasury/finance with 3–5 years in leadership, plus strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities. The ideal candidate holds a finance degree and professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or finance certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of treasury/finance experience; 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations and cash management across the organization.
• Develop funding strategies including debt facilities and capital allocation.
• Identify and manage financial risks; implement hedging and controls.
• Provide insights to senior management; prepare liquidity and risk reports.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the treasury team with clear performance metrics.
