Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in treasury, cash management, credit, and collections.
• 2–3 years in a managerial role leading finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and working capital management.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop cash flow forecasts and manage liquidity.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize treasury structures.
• Oversee cash positioning, transfers, and disbursements.
• Establish and enforce corporate credit policy and credit limits.
• Develop collection strategies to reduce DSO and bad debt.
• Lead treasury, credit, and collections teams; report to senior leadership.
