Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Deputy General Manager – Treasury & Working Capital to lead liquidity, working capital optimization and banking relationships. You will partner with finance, operations and procurement to ensure efficient cash management and governance across the group.

Ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in treasury/finance, CA/MBA, ERP experience, and strong lender negotiation skills. Based in the Philippines with strategic responsibility for group treasury.

Qualifications

• CA/Inter CA with relevant treasury experience.
• MBA preferred; CFA or treasury certification an advantage.
• 8–12+ years in treasury, corporate finance or working capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury and working capital functions to optimize liquidity and governance.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor bank balances across entities.
• Plan funding, manage debt servicing and lender compliance.
• Drive automation and governance of treasury processes.
• Coordinate with banks and internal teams for timely payments and reporting.
