The role in a nutshell
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to support a strategic treasury project focused on global bank account management. This role will play a key part in bank account reconciliations, account transitions across banking providers and countries, and the opening and closure of bank accounts as required. The successful candidate will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Tax, and external banking partners to ensure project activities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed timelines.
How you will make a difference
- Perform and coordinate bank account reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Support bank account transitions, including opening and closing of new accounts where required and coordinate activities across multiple countries and banking partners.
- Track project progress against key milestones, timelines, and deliverables and identify, communicate, and elevate risks, issues, and project roadblocks in a timely manner.
- Review and validate data, challenging inconsistencies and driving resolution where information is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Liaise confidently with banks, external partners, and internal stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, and Tax functions and maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting
What will give you an advantage
- Experience in Treasury, Finance, Banking Operations, or a related field.
- Advanced excel skills and strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicator able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and external banking contacts with a proactive and resilient approach, and the confidence to question data, challenge assumptions, and drive issue resolution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines within a project environment with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work for a Fixed Term Contract.
