Job summary

G2 Travel is seeking an Accounting Executive to manage and maintain accurate financial records, track income and expenses, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves reconciling accounts, preparing statements, and generating management reports.

You will handle accounts payable/receivable, record transactions in our accounting software, and support finance with accurate financial data and timelines. A strong grasp of accounting principles and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related Accounting/Finance work experience.
• U‑Grad Degree in related field preferred but not required.
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in the company’s accounting system or ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Generate reports for management to support decision‑making.
• Process invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
