You will drive operational excellence across reconciliation, onboarding, payments, and regulatory controls, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver superior client service.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in trade operations and operational customer service.
• Proven understanding of operational risk and controls within transaction processing.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and provide top quality trade services/solutions to customers.
• Lead and motivate a team to meet business objectives and maintain high performance.
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop and maintain MIS and reporting for timely management decision making.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
