The Global Trade Compliance Analyst / Associate supports centralized trade compliance operations within the GTM Command Center / Control Tower, with a primary focus on pre-clearance document review, workflow management, stakeholder coordination, exception handling, and operational monitoring. The role supports the timely and compliant movement of goods by reviewing trade and shipping documentation, identifying discrepancies and potential compliance issues, coordinating resolution with relevant stakeholders, and monitoring documentation readiness prior to customs clearance. The position works closely with clients, customs brokers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, internal operations teams, and trade compliance specialists to improve documentation accuracy, operational visibility, process consistency, and customs clearance readiness across multiple markets. The role may also provide support for tariff classification and related trade compliance activities, including product data review, classification research, and maintenance of classification records, depending on business requirements.
