Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. seeks a Global Team Lead for SAP Authorization Management to define and govern the worldwide SAP access framework.

You will lead a diverse team and collaborate with IT, Audit, and Business stakeholders to design secure, compliant access across SAP landscapes. The role requires deep SAP authorization knowledge, SoD and IAM expertise, and a proven track record in global provider management, with a strong governance and risk mindset.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable.
Extensive experience in SAP Authorization Management and SAP Security.
Deep knowledge of SoD, IAM, and SAP role/user concepts.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the global SAP Authorization Management framework, including policies, standards, and procedures.
Define and enforce global authorization concepts, including role design and user management principles.
Oversee SAP role design, creation, and maintenance in line with business requirements and security standards.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and external audits.
Lead audit preparation and remediation activities related to SAP authorizations.
Monitor risks related to access violations, excessive privileges, and unauthorized usage.
Lead and develop a global SAP Authorization Management team (internal + external providers).
Manage and steer external service providers delivering authorization and IAM services.
Act as the central interface between IT, Business, Audit, and Security Team.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure authorization concepts.
Support global programs (e.g., S/4HANA) with authorization expertise.

The Global Team Lead SAP Authorization Management is responsible for defining, implementing, and governing the global SAP authorization and access management framework. The role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient access to SAP systems while aligning with corporate security policies, audit requirements, and business needs.

Authorization Governance & Strategy
