Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an SAP Security specialist to partner with clients, design secure SAP roles, and support authorization and GRC activities in a hybrid setup.

You will handle incidents, contribute to security workshops, and mentor junior team members while deploying security across multiple SAP environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on SAP Security experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience across SAP applications (ECC, S/4, BW, HR, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of authorization design, GRC and IDM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted SAP Security partner to clients and align solutions with objectives.
• Lead SAP Application Security activities including role design and troubleshooting.
• Own Sev1 and major SAP security incidents within SLAs and communicate clearly.
• Support end-to-end SAP Security implementations: workshops, testing, hypercare, and mentoring.

You’ll work closely with clients, take ownership of critical security activities, and grow your expertise across SAP Authorization, GRC, IDM, and modern SAP platforms—while gaining exposure to real-world security challenges and large transformation programs.

What You’ll Do

Client Partnership & Security Advisory

• Act as a trusted SAP Security partner to clients by understanding their business context and aligning security solutions to their objectives.
• Proactively engage stakeholders and contribute to security strategy discussions.

SAP Security & Authorization Expertise

• Lead and execute SAP Application Security activities, including complex authorization design and troubleshooting.
• Design and build SAP security roles that balance compliance, risk, and business usability.

Incident & Operations Ownership

• Handle Sev1 and major SAP security incidents within defined SLAs.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and drive timely issue resolution.

Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Support end-to-end SAP Security implementations, including:
• Security and GRC workshops
• Testing and cutover support
• Hypercare activities
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability-building initiatives.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of hands‑on SAP Security experience, with supervisory experience
• Experience supporting at least two SAP applications (e.g., ECC, S/4, BW, HR, etc.).
• Strong background in:
• SAP role design and authorization concepts
• GRC and IDM administration (including batch monitoring)
• Ability to produce SAP Security reports (e.g., SOX, EWA) to support compliance needs.
• Experience supporting SAP Security across project and operational environments.

Work Setup

• Either Cubao or Uptown BGC once deployed to the project
