Job summary

Continental Group Sector ContiTech Manila is seeking a Global Team Lead SAP Authorization Management to define, implement, and govern the global SAP access framework, ensuring secure, compliant access across landscapes and audits.

You will lead a distributed team and external providers, align with IT, business, and security stakeholders, and drive governance, role design, and SoD/IAM concepts for S/4HANA programs. Hybrid work setup in Manila.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable.
• Extensive SAP Authorization Management and SAP Security experience.
• Deep knowledge of SoD, IAM, and SAP role concepts.
• Experience in global environments and provider management.
• Proven leadership in managing distributed teams.
• Strong governance and compliance mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the global SAP authorization framework across landscapes.
• Lead security, compliance, and audit readiness, including remediation activities.
• Oversee SAP role design, creation, and maintenance to meet business needs.
• Manage internal and external providers delivering IAM and authorization services.
• Act as the central interface between IT, business, audit, and security teams.
• Support global programs (e.g., S/4HANA) with authorization expertise.

Job Description

The Global Team Lead SAP Authorization Managementis responsible fordefining, implementing, and governing the global SAP authorization and access management framework. The role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient access to SAP systems while aligning with corporate security policies, audit requirements, and business needs.

Authorization Governance & Strategy

Own and drive the globalSAP Authorization Management framework, including policies, standards, and procedures

Ensure alignment withsecurity, compliance, and audit requirements(e.g.,SoD, access control, data protection)3

Define and enforceglobal authorization concepts, including role design and user management principles

Establish governance forsecure and compliant access managementacross all SAP landscapes

OverseeSAP role design, creation, and maintenancein line with business requirements and security standards

Security & Compliance Management

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and external audits

Leadaudit preparation and remediation activitiesrelated to SAP authorizations

Monitor risks related toaccess violations, excessive privileges, and unauthorized usage

Team & Provider Management

Lead and develop a global SAP Authorization Management team(internal + external providers)

Manage and steerexternal service providersdelivering authorization and IAM services

Stakeholder & Process Management

Act as the central interface betweenIT, Business, Audit, and Security Team

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure authorization concepts
