Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across Asia, Oceania/ANZ and Africa. Based in Manila or Kuala Lumpur, you will partner with business leaders to attract diverse talent and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

You will use market intelligence, sourcing strategies and data-driven insights to build pipelines and elevate BIC's employer brand across digital channels and recruitment events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruitment, including corporate Talent Acquisition and/or executive search.
• Experience recruiting across multiple APAC countries and international hiring processes.
• Experience recruiting across Africa or Europe is a strong plus.
• Consumer goods or manufacturing recruitment experience is preferred.
• Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation capabilities.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with recruitment metrics experience.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple APAC and African markets for a wide range of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and provide guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience with timely communication.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Promote BIC's employer brand across digital platforms, networks and events.
• Manage candidate activity in SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter with data accuracy.
• Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Country HRBPs for workforce planning and talent mapping.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and BIC's policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
