PM Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist (Shared Services) in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role covers end-to-end supply chain operations including order processing, shipment coordination, and customer service across multiple markets.

You will utilize SAP or other ERP systems to manage transactions, monitor deliveries, support procurement and financial closing, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Hybrid work arrangement with day/night shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, logistics, order management, or customer service in a multinational/shared services environment.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes: order processing, shipment coordination, inventory monitoring, and delivery tracking.
• Working knowledge of SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP IBP, or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate product phase-in and phase-out activities and maintain accurate customer and material master data in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, and related supply chain transactions in SAP or other ERP systems; verify details, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, factories, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses; monitor delivery status and ensure on-time, in-full fulfillment.
• Prepare and validate shipping documents and assist with certificates of origin and other export/commercial documents.
• Support procurement, finance, and internal controls; assist GR/IR reconciliation, month-/quarter-/year-end closing duties, and invoicing processes.
• Maintain process documentation and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other shared services teams.
