Job summary

Booth in the Philippines (remote) seeks an experienced supply chain lead to own end-to-end procurement and logistics for Australia and the USA. You will translate forecasts into purchasing plans, negotiate with overseas factories, manage POs, and ensure stock lands on time across warehouses.

You will work hands-on with ERP/Cin7 and stock-cost controls. Roles requires 4+ years in supply chain, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to optimize landed costs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain, procurement or inventory planning.
• Hands-on PO creation and forecast-based purchasing.
• Experience negotiating with overseas factories/contract manufacturers.
• Knowledge of international freight, Incoterms, customs.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets for landed-cost models.
• Experience with Cin7 or similar inventory systems.
• Organised, detail-driven and ownership-focused.
• Experience in consumer products with multi-market exposure.

Responsibilities

• Demand and supply planning based on latest forecast.
• Update AU and US purchasing plans from forecast and demand shifts.
• Raise, issue and track POs; keep ERP and landed COGS updated.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, terms with factories/contract manufacturers.
• Maintain landed-cost models by SKU; pursue savings in cost, freight and duty.
• Oversee inbound logistics: import, 3PL coordination, customs clearance.
• Report inventory spend, open POs, inbound shipments, and risks.
• Monitor stock position and ensure top-SKU availability.
