Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to ensure top-quality manufactured components and support Continental customer satisfaction. You will lead supplier relationships, drive preventive actions, and coordinate audits to reduce defects and costs.

The role requires strong knowledge of quality systems, experience with mechanical manufacturing, and proven leadership in cross-cultural teams within a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in engineering with strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949, VDA).
• Experience in mechanical manufacturing and product introduction processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of manufactured products and support revenue targets.
• Lead supplier quality improvements; perform risk assessments and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate supplier audits and implement corrective actions with suppliers.
• Define targets, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in SQM.
