Job summary

AUMOVIO SE is seeking a seasoned Supplier Quality Manager to uphold automotive quality standards across supplier networks. You will lead defect prevention, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions in line with SQM KPIs and global quality strategies.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure adherence to IATF 16949 and VDA standards, conduct supplier audits, and drive improvements to reduce NCC and SCB costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing quality with supplier focus is preferred.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and related quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of manufactured products to meet customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
• Lead supplier quality improvements and prevent defects entering shopfloor.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and implement countermeasures with suppliers.
• Perform supplier audits and ensure compliance to IATF and VDA standards.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous quality improvements across SQM.
