Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a QA/SQM professional to assure quality of manufactured products and support revenue targets. You will implement robust process controls with suppliers to prevent defects and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and VDA standards.

You will drive supplier improvement, perform risk assessments, track KPI, conduct audits, and coordinate corrective actions to sustain quality across series production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering; knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Experience in mechanical manufacturing industries and component introduction processes
• Experience in leading and developing people
• Capable of communicating with suppliers and customers
• Able to work with people of different cultures

Responsibilities

• Assure best quality of manufactured products and support revenue targets
• Implement robust process controls with suppliers to prevent defects
• Drive root cause analysis and implement countermeasures at the supplier
• Lead supplier audits and track quality-related KPIs
• Coordinate improvement programs and report on SQM performance
