Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a process engineer in Laguna, Philippines to optimize assembly lines, run DOE studies, and lead line setups. You will also drive automation projects from prototype to mass production to improve quality and productivity.

The role requires 3–5 years in electronics manufacturing, strong Six Sigma knowledge, and English proficiency for collaboration with international teams. ISO standards experience is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years experience in electronics manufacturing with ISO9001/TS16949/ISO14001 awareness.
• Strong knowledge in Six Sigma methodologies.
• At least 2 years experience leading projects (Six Sigma / new manufacturing line setup).
• Proficient in English and able to interact with foreign nationalities.

Responsibilities

• Perform process optimization, DOE evaluations and up setups as required.
• New assembly machine setup and insertion to line, including simulations and qualification.
• Lead automation projects (PLC, electrical wiring, mechanical design) from prototype to mass production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and provide data for audits and calibration.

Job Description

• Perform process optimization activities and set up such as: DOE evaluations, engineering reports, Root Cause Analysis thru Structured Problem Solving, New Process setup, line movement, new line set up and line modifications.
• New Assembly machine set up and insertion to line, including machine simulation and qualification.
• Automation projects (PLC, electrical wirings, mechanical designs) from prototype qualification to mass production in order to improve quality and productivity.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities of all mainline equipment to improve efficiency, check sheet and system update, provide assembly equipment master list for calibration and provide data for internal, customer and ISO audit.
• Equipment management that includes repair, maintenance, track replacement, performance and parts monitoring to improve material handling/delivery.
• Equipment layout update and engineering drawings creation used in innovation team set-up and fabrications including dimensions and fits.
• Perform line support, Sustaining duties and responsibilities depending on management decision.
• Perform fix asset and scrap management activities.
• To comply with the company's code of conduct, policies.
• And all other tasks assigned by the superior related to the job objective as per job requirements

Qualifications

• Any engineering course, preferably (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
• At least 3-5 years experience in an electronics manufacturing set-up. Thorough understanding of Quality Standards (ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001). Posses Strong knowledge in Six Sigma methodologies.
• At least 2 years experience in handling projects as a Project team leader (Six Sigma projects / New Manufacturing Line set-up FOL/EOL / 8-D problem solving)
• At least 1 year experience in handling Technical personnel
• Can interact and collaborate with foreign nationalities. Proficient in English.
