Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Lead Applications Developer with deep Oracle Fusion SCM and Procurement expertise to lead technical design and hands-on configuration.

You will partner with business stakeholders and system integrators to deliver solutions across global Supply Chain and Procurement functions while resolving production incidents. The role requires strong relationship management, excellent communication, and the ability to work with Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, SFDC, and 3PL integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years related experience, or Master’s degree with 5–7 years, or PhD with 2–4 years.
• Deep Oracle Fusion SCM and Procurement expertise with hands-on configuration and production support.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and integrations to other systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Salesforce, and 3PL integrations.
• Ability to work with global teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT functional expert for Oracle Fusion SCM and Procurement.
• Provide hands-on Fusion configuration from CRP/PoC through unit testing.
• Support production incidents and problem tickets.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements and design.
• Liaise with SI partners and 3PL providers; plan testing and manage UAT defects.
• Represent Fusion in IT/business meetings and workshops.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and guide IT/business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
