Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Supplier Operations Advisor to coordinate supplier-facing activities, onboard/offboard suppliers, and ensure compliance across client portfolios globally. You will manage the central mailbox, maintain supplier records, and support with distribution of supplier communications and documentation.

You will collaborate with Procurement and Supplier Partnership Managers, assist in risk workshops, and help drive process improvements while maintaining accurate supplier

Qualifications

• 2 years’ work experience.
• MSP experience preferred; web-based systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain supplier records in the central database.
• Manage the Supplier Operations central mailbox.
• Initiate onboarding/offboarding and apply country/client compliance requirements.
• Ensure supplier engagement status is accurate during onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate with Procurement & Supplier Partnership Managers.
• Assist in supplier partnership risk management workshops.
• Coordinate segmentation efforts for the supplier base.
• Highlight risks to supplier onboarding/offboarding to the Lead.
• Distribute compliance documents to back office systems.
