Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Compliance DS Director, located in Manila, Philippines. The role leads the DPS GS Compliance team and governs outsourcing SOX testing, with a footprint across Manila and Bogota.

You will partner with EY, GPO Compliance, and Controllership to define strategy and ensure readiness for organizational separation. Required is a minimum of 10 years in finance/audit, with strong SOX 404 knowledge, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance/Accounting preferred).
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) and/or accounting qualification (CPA, CMA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum ~10 years of relevant finance, auditing, or accounting experience; transformation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the DPS GS Compliance team and governance of outsource SOX testing providers.
• Lead a team in GS hub footprints in Manila & Bogota and collaborate with EY and GAA.
• Define and execute testing/remediation plans, ensure SOX 404 controls compliance, and prepare audit-ready documentation.
