Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead a centralized Manila-based team, driving strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, and proactive pipelining for global roles.

You will coach the team, personally source key talents, and elevate partnerships with Talent Advisors, TA Managers, and business leaders to deliver high-impact results. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on sourcing capability, and a focus on data-driven performance in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a centralized Sourcing team in Manila, prioritizing talent development.
• Serve as a producing manager, personally sourcing and engaging key global talent for high-impact roles.
• Heighten Sourcing's partnership with Talent Advisors, TA Managers, and business leaders through proactive communication and alignment.
• Load balance, prioritize, and assign sourcing requests based on impact, complexity, urgency, capacity, and stakeholder needs.
• Manage performance through clear expectations, regular coaching, and timely feedback.
• Ensure the team meets key sourcing metrics: pipeline quality, slate delivery, engagement, conversion, responsiveness, and stakeholder experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve sourcing processes, playbooks, tools, reporting, and operating rhythms.
• Represent Sourcing as a strategic partner, bringing market insights and candidate intelligence into recruiting and planning.
