Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sourcing Manager to develop and execute procurement strategies across a global, multi-regional framework. You will lead supplier identification, onboarding, contract awards, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring governance alignment and best practices.

You will manage supplier performance, negotiate favorable terms, and drive procurement improvements through data-driven insights and technology-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field is required.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead sourcing and supplier management activities including onboarding and contract awards.
• Manage supplier performance, negotiate favorable terms, track KPIs, and report on procurement improvements.
• Drive cost optimization by analyzing spend data and leading RFPs/tenders.
• Oversee contract management, renewals, compliance, and mentoring of procurement professionals.
