Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• 6+ years leading software engineering organizations at Manager or Director level.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise technology products in large-scale environments.
• 3+ years presenting to executive stakeholders.
• 3+ years leading AI-related technology initiatives.
• Experience with globally distributed engineering teams.
• Experience managing multiple assets, programs, portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale products.
• Own end-to-end software delivery across assets and services.
• Drive engineering roadmaps, delivery plans, and operational strategies.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives and data-driven engineering practices.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
