This on-site role requires ensuring content compliance with guidelines and maintaining a safe online environment, with escalation for complex issues.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in content moderation or community management, plus strong English communication skills and familiarity with major platforms

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified before start date.
• Two years of social media moderation or community management experience.
• Strong English reading and writing skills for the assigned language.

Responsabilidades

• Moderate comments and DMs on social platforms and escalate when needed.
• Ensure content complies with guidelines and policies for a safe environment.
• Identify inappropriate content and report trends to improve processes.
• Maintain knowledge of community standards and platform policies.
• Provide feedback to improve moderation workflows.
