Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Social Media Team Lead to drive the operational delivery of our global social media strategy. You will lead day-to-day team operations, translate priorities into scalable plans, and ensure high-quality execution across channels, employee advocacy, and platform governance.

You will work with Global Digital Marketing and other functions to optimise performance using data, insights and continuous improvement, while mentoring the social media team to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related business field.
6+ years in social media marketing, managing platforms including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
Ability to turn strategy into clear delivery plans and lead a team in a global B2B environment.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery of the global social media strategy across priority channels.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable social activation plans.
Develop insight-led social content and activation roadmap using data.
Lead governance, employee advocacy and platform management.
Provide reporting and insights to measure impact and guide decisions.
Collaborate with paid media, email, web and analytics teams.
Manage Oktopost platform governance and workflows.
