Arcadis is seeking a Social Media Team Lead to orchestrate the global social media strategy, translating priorities into scalable plans and ensuring high-quality delivery across channels, advocacy, listening and governance.

You will drive operational excellence through data and insights, lead a global team, and collaborate with Creative, Paid Media, and Analytics to maximize reach, engagement and business impact across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta and other priority platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.
• 6+ years in social media marketing with global or enterprise brands.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable plans.
