Job summary
MicroSourcing is hiring an Offshore Operations Manager in Eastwood, Quezon City, hybrid work setup. Lead Stellar-dedicated personnel across Manila and Clark, enforce SLAs/KPIs, and manage offshore governance and performance. You will drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality offshore services for Australian stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Experience leading offshore or BPO teams.
- Proven ability to manage SLAs/KPIs and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management across regions.
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and delivery times.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership of Stellar-dedicated personnel across Manila and Clark.
- Set performance expectations, KPIs, and service standards aligned to Australian business needs.
- Monitor performance and address underperformance with the BPO provider.
- Drive a high-performance culture with focus on accuracy and responsiveness.
- Act as primary relationship manager with the BPO provider; ensure SLAs/KPIs are met.
- Oversee offshore outputs in recruitment support, HR admin, compliance, and reporting.
