Qualifications

Bachelor degree in business, finance or related discipline.
Knowledge in MS Excel and Macro is a plus.
Able to prioritize tasks and manage time with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
Client facing and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely processing of instructions and adherence to controls to prevent processing risk.
Handle high volume and high value transactions accurately and under time pressure.
Escalate operational risks foreseen during processing of tasks.
Participate and suggest improvements to improve process mechanics.
Build trusting relationships with internal and external clients/stakeholders.
Accommodate a broad understanding of all settlement processes and sub custody specs and allocate work daily to Processing Executives.
