Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and support.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integration tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work in global cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Configure and maintain platform components (business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows).
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage CMDB and related data structures.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues for reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
