Job summary
Schneider Electric Philippines in Cavite is seeking a Services Operations Tools Specialist to ensure excellence and global adoption of Service Operations tools and BI dashboards. You will work with global, regional and analytics teams to optimize digital service tools and drive data quality assurance across the organization.
You will support deployment, testing, and training, validate user stories in DEV, and help roll out dashboards such as Master Planning Tool and Services Performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Commercial, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project and service environment experience.
- PMP certification required for external applicants.
- Hands-on experience with digital service tools (bFO / bFS), dashboards, and reporting tools (Tableau, SQL, Excel).
- Experience in international/global customer projects/services.
Responsibilities
- Support development, testing, and deployment of digital service tools (bFO / bFS).
- Assist deployment plans and tool rollouts with regional SO Teams and leadership.
- Support BI tools and dashboards (Master Planning Tool, Utilization Rate, etc.).
- Validate backlog user stories in DEV and provide actionable feedback.
- Approve DEV environments for production deployment and export reports for QA.
- Train region, zone, and country users; create onboarding content.
- Monitor deployment, adoption, and usage compliance; engage global BI community.
