Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in financial, management, or regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting and close processes.
• Experience with reconciliations, including intercompany and cash.
• Ability to prepare financial and management reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with policies, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute product and general ledger accounting activities.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial, regulatory, and management reports.
• Perform intercompany and cash reconciliation activities.
• Manage invoices, accruals, and asset management accounting.
• Investigate accounting breaks and provide accounting advice.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and ING reporting frameworks.
• Support reporting projects, process improvements, and business initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of accounting and reporting requirements.
