Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with hands-on OpenText/VIM configuration and design expertise. The role involves supporting solution design, development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of invoice management processes.

Location is Taguig, Philippines, with Hybrid work (2 days onsite per week), shift 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, 45 hours per week. 3–5+ years of SAP VIM experience required and strong collaboration with SAP Finance and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of extensive SAP VIM experience.
• Hands-on experience as an OpenText/VIM Configurator or Designer is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in solution design and build.
• Good understanding of SAP invoice management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Undergraduate/combo profiles may be considered if required skills and experience are verified.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support OpenText/VIM solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform solution design, configuration, and build activities.
• Troubleshoot VIM-related issues and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with SAP Finance and other functional teams.
• Support testing, deployment, and system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve invoice processing and automation.
