Job summary

EY Philippines is seeking a Software Configuration Coordinator (Supervising Associate) within Core Business Services to plan, coordinate, and govern SAP changes and releases across the enterprise landscape. This role partners with Basis, Development, Testing, and Business teams to ensure controlled, compliant, and timely deployments.

The position requires hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Enhanced Retrofits, Focused Build, Solution Documentation) and SAP Transport Management

Qualifications

• Strong SDLC knowledge with SAP Solution Manager and STMS experience.
• Experience with ITIL Service, Change, and Release Management.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional, multi‑location teams and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in English business language required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and govern software releases and transport movements across the SAP landscape.
• Manage end‑to‑end Change Request Management (ChaRM) activities.
• Remediate transport conflicts and retrofit issues prior to production promotions.
• Ensure adherence to release, change, and transport management processes.
• Coordinate with global, cross functional teams to align on release readiness.
• Monitor dependencies among SAP modules to mitigate risk.
• Maintain accurate solution and release documentation.
• Support governance forums with release status and risk assessments.
• Enforce process compliance while enabling timely delivery of business changes.
