Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a SAP CO consultant to lead the delivery of SAP CO initiatives, enhancements, and technology projects across regions. You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives and timelines.

The role offers hybrid work, training opportunities, and career growth within a globally established services organisation that supports finance, procurement, HR, and customer operations. Travel internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar SAP consulting or IT solutions role.
• Strong background in accounting and controlling systems and processes.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Accounting & Controlling (SAP CO) and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Good understanding of finance, management accounting, and controlling functions.
• Working knowledge of related SAP modules and system integrations.
• Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural and global environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of SAP CO initiatives, enhancements, and technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives and timelines.
• Align technical solutions with organisational standards and best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, approvals, and purchasing-related activities.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and ensure system information remains current.
• Design and implement technical solutions for change requests and system enhancements.
• Support system stability, operational continuity, and issue resolution within the region.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and adoption of industry best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and hyper-care for newly deployed solutions.
