Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a SAP CO Lead to drive CO initiatives and technology projects across the region. You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, alignment with standards, and robust documentation.

The role requires strong SAP CO and SAP Analytics Cloud experience, with a focus on finance, controlling processes, and continuous improvement. Travel internationally as required and collaborate in a multicultural, global environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology, business administration or related discipline.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Accounting & Controlling (SAP CO) and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong background in finance, management accounting and controlling processes.
• Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of SAP CO initiatives, enhancements, and technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives and timelines.
• Align technical solutions with organisational standards and best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, approvals, and purchasing-related activities.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and ensure system information remains current.
• Design and implement technical solutions for change requests and system enhancements.
• Support system stability, operational continuity, and issue resolution within the region.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and adoption of industry best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and hyper-care for newly deployed solutions.
