Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a rapidly growing consumer healthcare and skincare company to recruit a Group Finance Manager for its headquarters in Metro Manila (Taguig). The role focuses on strategic finance leadership across the group, consolidations, and tech-driven process improvements.

The successful candidate will steer financial planning, deliver actionable insights, and mentor a team of finance professionals while driving a culture of excellence within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Group Finance Manager or Head of Finance with multi-entity consolidations.
• Strategic mindset with ability to influence executive decisions.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for AI, automation and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to the executive team, delivering financial visibility and translating data into actionable strategies.
• Lead group-wide financial planning including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasting.
• Provide in-depth explanations of variances and root causes of performance trends.
• Champion adoption of AI and automation to reduce repetitive accounting tasks.
• Optimize IT systems and tech stack (including QuickBooks) for real-time data access.
• Oversee accounting, consolidation, and compliance for the group, HoldCo and subsidiaries.
• Manage AP/AR, cash flow, and multi-entity reconciliations across entities.
• Mentor and lead a diverse finance team of managers, accountants, and analysts.
• Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence within finance.
