Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Risk and Control Senior Analyst to support a global R&C team. You will coordinate with risk owners, participate in QA programs for Hedge Funds, and help maintain robust internal controls across the firm’s fund services and related lines of business.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, a relevant risk-management qualification is desirable, and 2–3 years of experience in risk/assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or another related field.
• A CPA/CIA or equivalent in risk management is desirable.
• 2–3 years of experience in progressive risk management/assurance/internal controls/audit in financial services.
• Fund accounting experience is preferred.
• Experience with a Big 4 audit firm is a plus.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
• Excellent written and spoken English is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Risk and Control Manager ( Manila).
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with Management and staff across divisions.
• Assist in developing Quality Control programs for Hedge Funds; review policies, RCSA, walkthroughs, and testing.
• Execute operational effectiveness testing for Hedge Fund processes with timely documents and risk issue identification.
• Prepare quality control reports with testing results, trends, root cause analyses, and recommendations.
• Collaborate to enhance internal control framework and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with R&C team to cover scope and objectives efficiently.
