Job summary

Citco Group Limited in Manila seeks a Risk & Control professional to lead operational testing for Hedge Funds and oversee accounting controls. You will prepare management reports, drive control improvements, and collaborate across CFS/R&C groups globally to strengthen the control environment.

The role requires 4–8 years in risk/controls with a professional qualification desirable, and strong English and MS Office skills. This position is based in Makati with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• Professional qualification such as CPA or CIA is desirable.
• Four to eight years' experience in risk management/assurance/internal controls/audit in financial services.
• Fund accounting experience is preferred; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review operational effectiveness testing for Hedge Funds processes.
• Oversee controls testing of Hedge Fund accounting activities and NAV checks.
• Prepare quality control reports for Senior Management with analyses and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business divisions to enhance internal control framework.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of junior team members.
• Maintain ongoing training to stay current in risk management and auditing.
