Job summary

SMEC (An SJ Group Company) in the Philippines seeks an experienced O&M Coordination Manager (MMSP O&M Program Manager) to lead planning, coordination and timely delivery of MMSP O&M deliverables.

The role requires a strong engineering background, excellent English communication, and the ability to drive readiness across design, operations, and contractor teams to ensure compliance and on-time operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Railway, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Transportation Engineering or related discipline; master's degree is an advantage.
• Male or female
• Good communication in English language

Responsibilities

• Lead the MMSP component of the Integrated O&M Program, including deliverables, activities, milestones and interfaces.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and deliver MMSP O&M deliverables and activities impacting project timelines.
• Coordinate MMSP O&M Concessionaire readiness, onboarding, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure O&M requirements in the MMSP Concession Agreement are identified and monitored within the Integrated O&M Program.
• Coordinate with the O&M Rule Expert on cross-project activities, dependencies and interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance to the O&M Coordinator and other IOT members to support continuity of the Integrated O&M Program.
• Perform other duties to ensure successful delivery of the consulting services.
