Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care AG is seeking an experienced GBS Finance and Accounting Interface Manager to drive standardized month-end close processes across locations. The role focuses on governance, escalation, controls, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality R2R outcomes.

Responsibilities include ensuring GAAP compliance, managing risks, and supporting entity transitions. A CPA/CMA and 6–8 years of R2R experience in a shared services or BPO environment are preferred, with SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA/CMA certification is preferred.
• 6–8 years of R2R experience in Shared Services or BPO.
• Experience in General Ledger, Intercompany and Fixed Assets.
• Proficient in month-end closing, reconciliation, reporting and consolidation.
• Knowledge of IFRS and end-to-end finance processes.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Owns global close governance, readiness and escalation.
• Standardize close processes across locations for efficiency.
• Escalate and resolve issues impacting the close in a timely manner.
• Investigate, track, and remediate issues; maintain logs.
• Identify gaps, risks, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Support R2R operations including reviews during transitions.
• Ensure transactions and reports comply with GAAP and policies.
• Contribute to R2R strategy and policy development.
• Perform internal controls documentation in line with iPace.
• Act as audit liaison and respond to inquiries.
• Update SOPs reflecting process changes.
