Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience with international procurement and importation transactions.
• Knowledge of importation procedures, customs regulations, and importation laws.
• Knowledge of FDA licensing, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Licensed Customs Broker is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to obtain best pricing, quality, and terms.
• Manage end-to-end purchasing process: purchase orders, supplier coordination, and order tracking.
• Research and identify new products, equipment, and suppliers for operational needs.
• Handle international procurement and coordinate importation activities ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies for timely release of goods.
• Process and monitor importation documentation including regulatory compliance (FDA where applicable).
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and procurement reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
