• Achieve monthly sales budget goals and new business targets by selling Rockwell properties through various channels.
• Identify sales leads and new opportunities.
• Initiate communication with incoming leads/prospects.
• Collaborate with other sales executives to attract, maintain and convert potential clients.
• Prepare for, attend, and participate in sales meetings.
• Represent the Company professionally in attire, ethics and conduct.
• Create and analyze market metrics to guide strategy.
• Handle special assignments from leadership to boost productivity.
