Job summary

Lycopodium Philippines is seeking a Project Controller to join our growing Project Services team in Manila. You will manage budgeting, cost control, and reporting for EPCM projects and coordinate with engineering and procurement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cost control or project accounting, proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, and experience with SAP. We offer a collaborative culture, career development, and opportunities across global projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in cost control or project accounting.
• Experience in EPCM environments for construction/mining/oil & gas preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and change management.

Responsibilities

• Budget conversion, management and control across projects.
• Implement and manage WBS aligned with budgets and scope definitions.
• Prepare change documentation and manage change registers (PCNs).
• Forecast management and reporting of cost performance and risks.
• Oversee payment processing and invoicing activities.
