Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Program Manager to drive the scaling and adoption of Coaching Copilot, Coach Score, and Agent Trainer, while supporting Reporting Automation across the organization. You will own execution of pilots, rollout, adoption, and data-driven impact measurement, partnering with Coaching, Quality, and Analytics stakeholders to embed new tools into day-to-day Team Leader practice.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in program/project management, operations, or business analysis in CX/coaching/learning environments.
• Experience running pilots or end-to-end rollouts with measurement and scale decisions.
• Working knowledge of contact center or CX operations and related metrics.
• Strong organizational discipline with trackers, logs, and status reporting.
• Comfort with data and dashboards; ability to interpret results with analysts.
• Clear written and verbal communication for concise updates and escalations.
• Experience operating across regions with distributed stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Education, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Pilots and rollouts for coaching tools and drive adoption across regions.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, and rollout of automated dashboards and reports.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and logs; flag risks and dependencies.
• Prepare regular status updates to leadership with KPIs and escalations.
• Support governance forums and align regional and central priorities.
• Track budgets and resources for owned workstreams and update business cases.
