Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the end-to-end image production process for client deliverables. You will coordinate with the Video Content Project Manager to plan, track, and drive deadlines for new and existing imagery.

Responsibilities include briefing the studio, tracking assets, and distributing information while collaborating with the Digital Asset Managers team. This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 2+ years in ad/production agency preferred.
• Understanding of video file specs, formats, resolution and production scaling.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Experience in an ad agency or production facility preferred.
• Strong organizational and information management abilities.
• Solid project management tool experience.
• Able to adapt to rapid changes and learn quickly.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication from one-on-one to large groups.
• Appreciation for creative production processes.
• Strong memory, detail-orientation, and sound decision-making.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, organization, time management, interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Track assets and provide weekly/daily project status updates.
• Brief the production studio with clear annotations and instructions.
• Manage risk and escalate issues promptly.
• Receive, compile, verify, and distribute project information.
• Work with Digital Asset Managers to ingest imagery for tagging and distribution.
• Schedule and run pre- and post-production meetings with the Image Production team.
