Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Lead Program Manager to oversee content produced for product launches and updates. You will lead a team of program managers, shape workflows, and ensure on‑time delivery with high quality across global client partners.

The role requires hands-on program management with experience leading teams, plus proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and collaborative tools. A bachelor’s degree and agency experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Project Management experience and people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, design, or related field.
• Proven success managing a production studio in an agency or marketing environment.
• Experience growing and leading a team of project managers or producers.
• Solid understanding of file specifications and technical asset requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow and process development for interactive content.
• Assign projects to the Program Management team.
• Collaborate with client partners to manage timelines and resources.
• Provide production strategy and planning for launches/updates.
• Ensure high-quality assets before handoff.
• Support performance management and career development for the team.
