Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Electrical Eng'g; PRC licensed.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• At least 2 years procurement experience in engineering/construction.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and procurement terms.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; willingness to learn Japanese.
• Willingness to train in Japan and travel; work in multicultural global environment.
• Ability to collaborate with multinational team including Philippines, India, Singapore, Korea, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Japan.

Responsibilities

• Review procurement documents to ensure clear, accurate specifications.
• Gather and review quotations and make recommendations based on MR.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, and contract conditions with vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders per company policies.
• Conduct post-order follow-up and expediting with vendors’ schedules.
• Coordinate inspection schedules with vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Manage invoice confirmations and payment coordination.
• Handle procurement admin tasks and vendor development activities.
• Perform section-specific duties as assigned by supervisor.
