J-K Network Services is seeking a Japanese Procurement Specialist in Taguig. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (2 days work from home, 3 days onsite) with a 9am–6pm schedule and 5 days per week. Primary duties include sourcing Japanese suppliers, negotiating terms, and managing procurement agreements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of procurement experience and JLPT proficiency. The position requires fluency in Japanese and English, and a degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify Japanese suppliers for the client.
• Collect proposals and agreements and select qualified suppliers.
• Create market research and price comparisons from received proposals.
• Evaluate pricing, quotations and services of suppliers.
• Maintain active relationships with Japanese suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules with Japanese suppliers.
• Manage and update procurement-related agreements.
• Review agreements to ensure services are in the statement of work.

A global American consulting firm providing procurement services to Japanese firms around the world is hiring a Japanese Procurement Specialist.

Position: Japanese Procurement Specialist

Salary: P 80,000 to P 120,000

Industry: American consulting firm

Work Arrangement: Work from Home 2 days (Onsite 3 days)

Schedule: Dayshift (9am to 6pm)

Working Days: 5 days a week (sat and sun days off)

Requirements of the position:

• Filipino who speak Japanese
• Filipino who can speak Japanese (Around JLPT N1, N2, N3)
• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Has procurement background for 3 years - 5 years experience
• Having procurement background is a must for the role
• Must be degree holder of any course
