Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Philippines, Taguig, seeks a senior Finance professional to join Global Finance as part of Procurement Accounting. You will lead accounting operations, ensure accurate payables reporting, and uphold internal controls across regions.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office. This role requires night shifts and a temporary hybrid setup at Park Triangle Corporate Center, BGC, Taguig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications preferred.
• At least 6-8 years of professional experience.
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre or BPO.
• Strong English communication and leadership abilities.
• Willing to work night shifts and in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting and daily operations for the Procurement Accounting process area.
• Close financial periods timely per the closing calendar and SLA, with compliance and SOX.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of actuals within process scope.
• Lead the Accounting team (B25 and below) and support auditors.
• Drive process improvements and enforce internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across regions.
