Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Finance seeks a seasoned Procurement Accounting professional to manage daily accounting operations, period close, and controls in Manila. You will work within the Global Services Finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance across processes.

The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, SAP expertise, and strong US GAAP knowledge. A shift-ready position based in Taguig offers growth in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• CPA/CMA/MBA preferred; strong US GAAP knowledge expected.
• Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience in a multinational or SSC.
• Experience in a global Account to Report function and SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting and daily operations for the Procurement Accounting area.
• Close financial periods on time per calendar and SLA; comply with SOX.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of actuals within scope.
• Lead and develop the Accounting team (B25 and below).
• Support auditors and uphold worldwide policies and controls.
